At Materex Bakery, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality bread. Because our products are perishable food items, our policy reflects consumer food safety regulations.

2. No Returns on Perishable Goods

We do not accept physical returns of bread once items have left our premises. Items partially consumed or improperly stored are not eligible for replacement.

3. Eligible Claims (24-Hour Rule)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. Approved claims will be resolved via fresh replacement or store credit. No cash refunds.
